Pas De Cheval (Step of the Horse)

New CCTRP children's riding arena.

This arena was made possible by money bequeathed by Diane. L. Alire. Diane passed away unexpectedly on September 1, 2007. Diane had been retired from Boulder Valley Schools in Boulder, Colorado where she had worked in the administrative division of the special education department. Her duties included working with therapeutic riding in the Boulder area. Diane was CCTRP Director Carol Pastore's sister.

Passive Solar

The new arena is equiped with the passive solar windows on the south side. These windows keep the arena warm and comfortable on sunny days.
