Adams State College students worked to clean stalls, repair fence, stack hay, and groom CCTRP horses during ASC Cares Day. A.S.C. students help to keep the area around the stables safe for the riders and the horses.
Terena Thomas conducts a lesson while student ride backwards. This training was a professional development training for CCTRP volunteers on Reactive Attachment Disorder.
Hope and Jesse both volunteer as side walkers and leaders for CCTRP and are Seniors this year at Sargent High School.
Hope helps to sell cotton candy at the Ski High Stampede Rodeo and has used her artisitc talent to create posters, and banners for CCTRP. Jesse recently organized a fund rasier for CCTRP. In exchange for a monetary, tack, or feed donation the donor received a Christmas wreath made from "real" evergreen boughs.
Bre recently recived a scholarship from the Magnolia Society Women's Civic Group for her volunterrism to CCTRP. Monte Vista High School students Josh and Kelby developed a very creative and informative web page for CCTRP under the direction of Web Design Class Instructor, Mr. Gary Wilkinson.
